On Sunday September 9, the Folk School held its annual Fiddle Contest in Strauss Park.

The contest included three divisions: Youth, Adult and Senior. A panel of three judges kept score, ultimately crowning 16 year-old Roger Netherton the champion of the Adult Division. The event also included a raffle -- with a new fiddle as the grand prize -- that benefited the Folk School.
