On February 6, the Pixies will ride a wave of mutilation right through the Peabody Opera House (with Cults supporting), and we want you to be there to see it. We're giving away two pairs of tickets for a little monkey business on your part.

[UPDATE: Congrats Mary and Amy! Their monkeys shined and they are the winners of the tickets]

Everyone knows by now that this particular monkey has gone to heaven.

We know this because the Pixies wrote a song about it. But that got us wondering where the other monkeys have gone.

If you'd like to win a pair of tickets to see the Pixies on 2/6/14 at The Peabody, all you have to do is post a picture in the comment field telling us where your particular monkey has gone. Whether it's a bad Photoshop or an MS Paint masterpiece, or just a picture you found somewhere -- have fun with it! Just click the photo icon in the comment section to upload yours.

For example, this monkey's gone to Dierberg's:

And this monkey's gone to Tower Grove Park.

And, finally, this monkey's gone to Grand Center.

1. Enter as many times as you'd like, but only one entry will be considered. Have fun.
2. This contest runs from Tuesday, January 28th to Friday, January 31 at 2 p.m. CST
3. Give us some way to contact you in the Disqus comments field. Can't say this enough. If you won and we can't get ahold of you, we'll contact someone else. There are a few easy ways to do this. You can click "Login" to Disqus near the comment field and login via any of the options (Facebook, Google, etc.). Alternately, leave your email address in your comment in an "Joe Blow AT" format if you'd like (to avoid evil spam-crawling internet bots).
4. We know some monkeys are actually chimps and gorillas, and what have you. We don't actually care about that.

5. Have fun!
