88.1 KDHX recently completed our annual Spring Membership Drive. To each and every listener who called KDHX or donated online, and to all of our sustaining members: Thank you from the bottom of our independent music-loving hearts.

The response to the drive was overwhelming and we came very close to reaching an ambitious goal for the station. Our target for the Spring Membership Drive was $157,000. We ended the drive within 3% of that number. It's not too late to reach our goal. Donate now at KDHX.org!

As a thank you for your donation to KDHX this spring, we will be sending you to Midwest Mayhem, our massive party at the City Museum on May 12. If you've already donated or joined the Radio Frequency Club, your tickets are in the mail.

Otherwise, you may purchase single tickets at the door for $20. Doors are at 6:30 p.m.

We've got a killer Midwest Mayhem lineup in store for you:

Beth Bombara • Samba Bom • Sleepy Kitty • Teddy Presberg • The Dive Poets • Pretty Little Empire • Hibernauts • The KDHX Blues Band • Soul Alliance feat. CocoSoul • Funky Butt Brass Band • The Folk School of St. Louis Showcase (Eaton Family, The Lulus and The Folk School String Band)

Plus: We'll have the Show-Me Burlesque dancers performing, the STL Hoop Club twirling and some great DJs spinning. And if that's not enough, this year we've expanded to four full floors, with even more food and beverages available museum-wide.

If you want to attend Midwest Mayhem, make a donation to KDHX at the $88 level or above and we'll send you two tickets to the party. Or join the Radio Frequency Club, our monthly giving program. And of course if you're already a member of the club or donated during Spring Drive, your tickets are on the way.

See you at the party!
