Street Team

KDHX is seeking energetic volunteers to join our Street Team to promote KDHX events and to represent the station around Saint Louis. Volunteering with our Street Team is an easy and fun way to be a part of the KDHX community, and requires less than 8 hours a month.

Goal of Position: To promote KDHX events (and on occasion, KDHX-sponsored events) at a grassroots level, spreading awareness throughout Saint Louis and making sure people know of upcoming events and the station in general.

Positions Open: No limit 

Sample Activities:

  1. Passing out promotional materials to designated areas approximately twice a month
  2. Updating distribution sheet and returning it to the volunteer coordinator
  3. Attending non-KDHX events to promote the station


Timeframe:

  • Length of commitment: Ongoing
  • Estimated total hours: 8 hours/month


Scheduling:

  • Needed twice a month; day and time is at the discretion of the volunteer


Worksite:
KDHX Radio Station, 3504 Magnolia Ave. and designated areas

Qualifications/Interest Sought (all training will be provided):

  1. Outgoing and friendly
  2. Knowledgeable about KDHX

Benefits:

  1. Promote and increase public (and self) awareness of local concerts and KDHX events
  2. Able to volunteer on your own time and in your own neighborhood
