St. Louis Arts Project is happy to announce that the second annual St. Louis Arts Project Conference will be held Friday, June 29 – Sunday, July 1 at the Contemporary Art Museum (3750 Washington Blvd). The only locally focused annual arts conference in the St. Louis, the SLAP Conference will again feature original, dynamic programming, as well as, introduce new interactive events. The winner of the Riverfront Times’ Best of Award for “Best Collaboration”, Current will return as the Contemporary Art Museum’s Concert in the Courtyard. In 2012, SLAP is happy to introduce the interactive event “Loving the Lou” as part of a larger effort to create a living history, community map, and archive of spaces and events in the St Louis art community.
