Gary A. Pierson is an attorney practicing in three primary areas: intellectual property, the entertainment industry, and advertising and marketing regulation from his office at Nebula Co-Working.
In the entertainment industry, Pierson advises artists, managers, writers, producers, record labels and filmmakers. He assists clients with setting up appropriate business structures and negotiate publishing agreements, recording contracts, management agreements and producer agreements. Pierson also protects artists' intellectual property assets such as trademarks, copyrights and rights of publicity and helps them structure transactions to best utilize these assets.
Gary teaches a course at St. Louis University on copyright, music and new media and serves as the vice president of the St. Louis Volunteer Lawyers and Accountants for the Arts Board of Directors.
