Description

A new spin on the standard-issue silent art auction: Closed CIRCUIT / Full CYCLE is a unique celebration of the circle of recycling and its positive impact on communities, education, and the arts.

RSVP online.

WITS has supplied over twenty (and counting) local mixed media artists/craftspeople with "E-Scrap" materials for creating works from recycled components to promote environmental awareness through the arts.

Closed CIRCUIT / Full CYCLE is a gallery exhibit to kick off our new ongoing community arts program, The Arts & Scraps Project. Proceeds from this event will not only help fund our community outreach efforts, but will also provide local artists with supplies and opportunities for income and exposure. WITS will receive 51% of the proceeds from each piece sold, and 49% will go directly to the piece's creator.

Aural entertainment will be provided by local musicians who create instruments from recycled items or “circuit-bend” electronic devices to create original compositions.

$1 from every beverage purchase will go to support The Arts & Scraps Project.
