Description

University of Missouri - St. Louis will host "Lessons from the Northern Ireland Peace Process: Transforming Identities and Building Peace," with Timothy J. White, Mindy Peden, and Wendy Ann Wiedenhoft Murphy. This lecture will identify ten lessons that can be drawn from the peace process in Northern Ireland, and will especially focus on how the peace process allowed political actors to change their positions over time and how this process has allowed identities to evolve.
