Description

Banning Eyre, Senior Editor of Afropop Worldwide, a radio program and online magazine dedicated to music from Africa and the African Diaspora, will visit St. Louis for Sound Waves. DJ Needles and Black Spade will be on the turntables.

The program combines the power of discussion with live and recorded music. Sound Waves, a collaboration between 88.1 KDHX and the Pulitzer, creates a soundtrack through which visitors discover new ways of experiencing the exhibition "The Progress of Love." Music begins at 6 p.m. Discussion at 7 p.m. Complimentary adult beverages provided by Urban Chesnut.
