Trailnet presents "Re-Thinking Our Streets: The Value of Flexible Street Design," with John Norquist, president and CEO of the Congress for the New Urbanism.  The discussion will focus on the South County Connector and I-70 projects, with regard to the renovation of the Arch grounds, and how they could affordably be designed to serve as assets for building economic value, enhancing quality of life, and attractively connecting community.
