YWCA Metro St. Louis is hosting Return $mart to give women the skills and confidence needed to re-enter the workforce and earn fair compensation.  The interactive workshop will help participants assess their cost of living, determine comparable salaries in their field and use role playing exercises to practice the art of negotiation.
