The latest permutation in suburban living is New Town in St. Charles County. With a trip along the first freeway in America, there’s time to discuss the history of the suburbs, the issues of racial desegregation that provoked “white flight,” and the peculiar effects suburban living have had on those who have lived in them. The bus tour begins and ends at CAM.
