True Tales of a Hollywood Starlet is about what happens when you reach the pinnacle of what you’ve been working for. Kelley Saunders grew up in a loving, supportive, less affluent family. She dreams of performing and being a professional actress. She gets her chance when people who care about her push her to follow her dreams. What happens after, Kelley couldn’t have predicted, and couldn’t have been concocted in a Hollywood writers room.

Ashley Page was born and raised in St. Louis where she currently resides with her large family. Her first foray into writing, True Tales of a Hollywood Starlet and its sequel, started out as a NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writers Month) project and grew from there. Like a lot of things in life her novel became a labor of love. She wants to tell stories of resilience and of people living their truths. As an actress, writer, and singer Ashley thinks the human spirit is a beautiful thing that deserves to be rewarded. Looking towards the future, she really does believe the possibilities are endless.
