Emerging Composers Concert

This concert features the winning compositions from the CMS Young Composers Competition and will be performed by professional artists from the St. Louis area.

"The students selected in this competition are among the best emerging young composers in the nation," said Carol Commerford, director of the CMS. "We received over 40 submissions from all over the country and from as far away as Armenia. It will be exciting to hear these amazing works performed by professional musicians in a concert setting - a first for some of these young composers."
