Concert at the Park: Soulard Blues Band
Bring a blanket or a lawn chair and enjoy a free concert on the grounds of Ulysses S. Grant National Historic Site.
The Soulard Blues Band is consistently praised as the “Best Blues Band” in St. Louis. Art Dwyer formed the band in 1978 and for over 40 years they have been playing in neighborhoods across the city and county.
