Using unconventional arrangements and thoughtfully fashioned sonic maximalism to contrast their vulnerable lyrics and playful melodic sensibility, Look Vibrant create a cathartic listening experience reminiscent of youthful incertitude and boiling ambition. After performing together in a number of different outfits over the years, founding members, Matt Murphy and Justin Lazarus, created Look Vibrant during their journey across Western Europe where they played tunes to make ends meet. Recently Look Vibrant has performed alongside notable acts, including Anderson. Paak, Wild Nothing, Micachu and the Shapes, Alvvays, and Will Butler (Arcade Fire). They have also performed at acclaimed festivals, such as SXSW,NXNE, Pop Montreal, M for Montreal, and Halifax Pop Explosion.

Sink into the drowsy guitars and blissful, washed-out textures of Winnipeg’s Living Hour. The band made up of dream-pop revivalists’ atmospheric and pillowy melodies are coloured by psychedelic accents and the enthralling coos of vocalist Sam Sarty. Brushed-Snare Beats, droning reverberations, and wobbly romanticism conjure up a tranquil and exploratory state of mind. The band’s debut album was released in February 2016.
