Any style and any genre are accepted. No lyrics on the beats (samples are okay) & no biting other people's work - (we'll know)

This battle is judged by JBJR, Trifeckta, and TBA. The crowd is the fifth judge / tie breaker (by decibel meter)

Prizes include studio time, cash on the spot, & bragging rights.
