Formed in 2003 by Tim Gregorio and Oliver Ackermann, the band flirts with space rock and noise, and has been called "New York's loudest band"; yet they manage to retain enough hooks to hum and nod along with, as displayed on APTBS's latest album, "Exploding Head."
