Rock meets reggae and ska in the music of Aaron Kamm and the One Drops, a St. Louis-area band that echoes the early work of the Police.

Though only a trio -- featuring Kamm on vocals and guitars, Andy Dorris on bass and Sean Ralla on drums -- the band gets a big, hot, danceable sound, with Kamm's rapid-fire vocal scatting, bluesy guitar work and a powerful rhythmic focus. The band released its second studio album, Grow, in 2010.
