As leader of the ska-punk band MU330, Dan Potthast has amassed a 20-year career of fun, irreverent and insanely danceable music. During a visit to the Magnolia Avenue studios, the singer gathered together some of his family for a rambunctious, unplugged session on the Musical Merry-Go-Round.

Potthast formed MU330 in 1988 with a group of friends from St. Louis University High School. With 7 albums and a raft of singles and EPs under their collective belts, Potthast headed out to Southern California, where he's worked in a variety ska and rock configurations, including the Stitch Up, as well as solo projects, and is currently focusing on a new 10-piece ska outfit.
