Cartal (whose real name is Taelor Deitcher) didn't release his first full length album until 2010, but he's building a notable reputation for dance floor smashes and mixtapes, having worked with everyone from Acid Kids to MSTRKRFT. He also crosses over into indie rock, working as a bass player for the band Orange Orange.
