Throughout a decade and a half, Gaelic Storm has brought traditional sounds to an ever-widening audience. The group features Irishman Patrick Murphy on accordion and lead vocals; Englishman Steve Twigger on guitar, mandolin and lead vocals; American Ryan Lacey on percussion and vocals; Canadian Pete Purvis on bagpipes; and Englishwoman Jessie Burns on fiddle and vocals.
In July 2012, Gaelic Storm released its ninth album, "Chicken Boxer," which debuted at #1 on the Billboard World Chart. Though representing a mishmash of nationalities, Gaelic Storm has coalesced around a common love, and their passion is resonating with music fans the world over.
