One of the main characteristics of Grey’s music is the way his lyrics sound so honest behind his smooth yet gritty vocals. Reminiscent of the music of the Band and Van Morrison, Grey’s swamp rock blues tell the stories of loved ones from his past and realistic depictions of his current life. After 5 studio albums stocked with original songs, Grey has built a reputation for creating new ways to innovate classic styles of southern rock, rhythm and blues -- both as a band leader and as a solo performer.
