Martin Sexton howls about happiness and women like Van Morrison. The Boston-based musician takes Americana, even Kerouac-like metaphors, such as locomotives, country roads, pies and diners, and breathes a modern experience into them. His lyrics, while meaningful, could just as easily be about differences in light bulb wattage -- it's the range and complexity of his voice that has built his audience. The troubadour’s latest album, "Sugarcoating," was released on April 6, 2010.
