The genre "dream pop" is frequently thrown around, but it perhaps applies to no one better than Pure Bathing Culture.

Guitarist Daniel Hindman and keyboardist/vocalist Sarah Versprille together make music that feels like a freshly fluffed pillow, or floating through the stars on a cool summer day. The band dips into '80s soft rock with their drizzly, glistening songs, and puts a bit of a folk twist on their sound which seems heavily inspired by Cocteau Twins.

Versprille's voice hovers over layers of spacey guitars, wobbly synths and bouncing drum machines, and the production and straightforward songwriting works together to create a comforting mood that is more "dream" than "pop."

Just sit back, relax, and let Pure Bathing Culture take you away.
