The core trio of Willaume Ambroise (vocals, guitar, piano), Christophe Musset (vocals guitar) and Jérémie Arcache (cello, vocals) cut their teeth in apartments and small bars in Paris before releasing their first full-lenghth album, "Music For a While," in 2009, which captures their unique fusion of French and English classical music and anglophilic pop.
For this live acoustic session at KDHX, Revolver gives sparkling renditions of two original songs from "Music For a While" -- "Bululalow" and "Get Around Town" -- as well as a cover of M. Ward's "Chinese Translation."
Revolver appears at the Firebird on October 12, 2011.
