With just two albums under their belts, the SteelDrivers have received Grammy nominations and torn up the Americana and bluegrass charts. Led by longtime friends Michael Henderson and Tammy Rogers, the band gives the instrumental polish of bluegrass some blue collar grit and bluesy soul. Its focus on exceptional original material, as heard on "If You Can't Be Good Be Gone" and "Where Rainbows Never Die," goes a long way to help them stand out in the well-plowed bluegrass field.
