Tommy Halloran and Justin Branum are two young musicians steeped in the uniquely St. Louis confluence of swing, country, jazz and blues. Hear their idiosyncratic take on the genres during an acoustic session in the KDHX studios.

Blending melodic croon and old time swing, the duo combines acoustic guitar, violin, mandolin and cello for a refreshing sound that owes a little to Tom Waits, Leon Redbone and Randy Newman, but still sounds like little else on the St. Louis blues scene.
