Trout Fishing in America, a folk pop duo composed of Keith Grimwood and Ezra Idlet, have been making both adult and family-friendly music for more than 30 years, some of it right here at KDHX.

Streaming Audio

Formed in 1979, the duo first started playing on the streets in Santa Cruz, Calif., and then moved to the Houston area before relocating to Prairie Grove, Ark. in 1992. They have been prolific throughout their career, having released more than 20 albums, all on the Trout Records label, including their recent release, "Rubber Baby Buggy Bumpers."

The sound is easy to hear and the lyrics are fun in this Live at KDHX session suited for the whole family. If you have children, consider trying to sing along with the title song from the new album. You may or may not be successful with the tongue twisters, but you most certainly will have fun.
