Starting while still in high school in suburban Webster Groves, Unanimous hit the St. Louis music scene with their debut album "The World Upon You and I" in 2003. The original cast mingled vocal frontman Tommy Becker with Anthony "Widebody" Schauman, both capable of playing rhythm guitar and bass, as well as Brendan "Slim" Gregg on drums and the lead guitar flavor of Scott Knipshild. To further compliment their sound, the band added Lukie "Dookie" Sandman on trombone before the release of their 2005 album "Retaliation."

They split shortly thereafter as they pursued individual experiences in the music industry and academia, but have all returned to St. Louis with added perspectives and wisdom to bring new life to Unanimous. In addition to their fully produced, electric sound, they’re also known to perform many acoustic sets. It was this acoustic arrangement that they brought to 88.1 KDHX's Magnolia Avenue studios to share live on the Ska’s the Limit.
