Formed in 1991 as Vitamin A, the band has gone through several changes, but the core duo of Tony Vrooman and Tracy Lowe has remained constant. Vrooman and Lowe are currently joined by Andy Barnes, Sean Anglin, and Nate Williams. With influences such as the Grateful Dead and Sly and the Family Stone, Vitamen A combine all the ingredients that have made the band required listening for the St. Louis jam scene for over 17 years.
