Thunder and lightning struck the Old Rock House Tuesday in the form of Anders Osborne.

To start his set, Anders took his fans back to the Jimi Hendrix era with his searing guitar solos. Later, he showed why he has worked with stars like Keb' Mo' and Tim McGraw with a few ballads about New Orleans, his adopted home. At other times he would play seemingly in a trance to the delight of those in attendance. Anders Osborne is truly something special to the blues community and not to be missed. Eric Bolivar on drums and Carl Dufrene on bass round out this power trio.
