The enigmatic Jandek performed to a packed Biliken Club on campus at Saint Louis University on Friday, March 21.

The Texas-based artist began his set solo, strumming his acoustic guitar and crying out lyrics in his signature style. But, as Jandek was joined on stage, the set took on a more playful tone and ultimately veered to the downright raunchy as the artist and a female vocalist teased each other.

Supporting Jandek were St. Louis locals Matty Coonfield and Joseph Hess, who traded roles on drums, bass and guitar as was needed.
