Cicero's on the Loop played host to an eclectic night of local music on Friday, February 1.

Leading off with a bang was the duo Bruiser Queen, known for surfy guitar grooves and standout vocalist Morgan Nusbaum. The pace slowed and the grooves got deeper with CaveofswordS, a down-tempo trio that set the stage for the theatrics to come. St. Louis native and national recording artist Kristeen Young took to the microphone for a solo set that showcased her signature dissonant keyboard playing, four-octave vocal range and intense lyrical content.
