Members of Milo Greene were repeteatedly stunned with how many people were at the Firebird last night for their first show in St. Louis, and they showed gratitude throughout the night.

They noted that Pappy's was the best BBQ they ever had, and informed the crowd that if anyone can beat their high score on one of the arcade machines on the back wall of the Firebird they will get in to their next show in St. Louis for free.

The band performed songs from their self-titled debut album with many special, moody intros and jams. They also performed an over-the-top Sufjan Stevens "Chicago" cover, and which I'm pretty sure left the person standing next to me drooling. The night began especially well with touring partner Bahamas making the couples in the room feel a little extra lovey-dovey.
