In a day and age of cookie cutter music manufactured with the efficiency of a production line, it is refreshing to see bands that still know what the music is all about, the fans!

Keeping that in mind Poison and Motley Crue rocked the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater on a Wednesday, June 22nd leaving everyone in attendance wanting more. Playing crowd favorites such as "Every Rose has It's Thorn" and "Dr. Feelgood", mixed in with some new offerings, Poison and Motley Crue used pyrotechnics and mechanical acrobatics to bring down the house. The highlight was when Crue drummer, Tommy Lee, and his drum kit began its roller coaster looping during an extended drum solo. At one point during the solo a lucky audience member was pulled on stage to take what was surely the ride of her life. All in all it was a fantastic presentation of showmanship and musical talent. There is definitely no better way to spend a Wednesday night.
