Seattle band, Pickwick, exploded onto the Off Broadway stage Thursday night, quickly shaking the crowd out of a daze brought on by the cold rain falling outside.

Marrying '70s soul with indie-rock vibes, lead singer Galen Disston kept things smooth while the band maintained a raw edge.

Canadian songstress, Basia Bulat, graced the stage with an opening solo set. Bulat, who has not made a stop in St. Louis since 2008, offered the early crowd a rare treat as she engaged them with her extraordinary voice and moved effortlessly between guitar, keys, autoharp and 12-string ukulele.
