Pretty Little Empire and Scarlet Tanager gave a raucous crowd at Off Broadway plenty to celebrate on Saturday night.

As if Cinco de Mayo and Derby Day were not enough, the 2nd anniversary of IWentToAShow.com brought together these two great bands that provided their unique energy and spirit to celebrate the event.

Thankful Tree opened, followed by the talented ensemble of Scarlet Tanager, who grow more impressive with each viewing. Finally, Pretty Little Empire showed off their chops and some new tunes, which left me anticipating their new album, which is coming soon.
