Salt of the Earth made their first appearance at the KDHX Harvest Sessions on Saturday.

The veteran Saint Louis folk group played two well attended sets. A few of the highlights included performances of "Doorstep," "The Part of Me That Dreams," "Clockwatcher" and "Noraleen".

Performing today were:
Lynn Reif - guitar, Peruvian box drum, vocals
Mike Schrand - bass guitar, vocals
Jake Brookman - cello
Jim Hieger - guitar, banjo

The Harvest Sessions is a free Saturday morning concert series presented at the Tower Grove Farmers Market throughout the market season. Harvest Sessions is presented by KDHX and Worms Way Hydroponics & Organics. Also sponsoring Harvest Sessions is the Regional Arts Commission and the Arts Education Council.
