Colonel Ford took the stage Saturday evening with Gary Hunt (guitar and vocals) and Dade Farrar (upright bass and vocals) leading the way for a fantastic night of Americana and country music. The band had great energy that led perfectly into Son Volt's set.

As Jay Farrar and his band took the stage at the Pageant, the crowd roared with excitement and anticipation. The following this band has is unique and awesome. Everyone in the crowd knows someone in the band, or someone who knows someone in the band. The Farrar name and country music go hand in hand in the St. Louis area, and any chance to see Son Volt perform should not be passed by.
