Temples, Drowners and the Boogarins provided an eclectic blend of music on Wednesday night at the Firebird.

From Brazil, the Boogarans played a short, but sweet set to get the crowd moving, and the evening started.

English-American group, the Drowners, gave their dose of rock n'roll, reminding me of a mix of the Arctic Monkeys, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club and the Ramones, all rolled into one.

Temples proved to be the show stopper of the night however, with their incredibly infectious dance tunes "Keep in the Dark," and "Colours to Life." With their debut album, "Sun Structures," just  released earlier this year, I am eagerly anticipating to hear what this band will do next.
