In the midst of their 2013 tour, Los Angeles-based reggae band the Aggrolites performed at the Old Rock House last night.

The crowd was willing to dance the night away, fist bump when deemed necessary and provide harmony to the band when asked. Receiving a great warmup for the headliner, the dance floor was packed as soon as Cincinnati natives the Pinstripes took the stage. The Pinstripes have toured with multiple bands, and come through St. Louis many times throughout the years, but I had never been able to see them live. They did not disappoint, and I will definitely be seeing them again when they return to St. Louis in April.

The Aggrolites played a powerhouse set as well, making for a fantastic night. Although a few concertgoers opted to leave early, they missed a great encore complete with the horn section of the Pinstripes coming back on stage and playing with the Aggrolites.

St. Louis band Unifyah opened the show.
