On a Thursday afternoon in Strauss Park, the Dynamites featuring Charles Walker filled the Grand Center neighborhood with some serious soul and funk.

The Nashville band headed to St Louis for a concert filled with tunes that made heads bob and bodies wiggle. As the latest addition to KDHX's Thursdays at the Intersection series, the Dynamites and Mr. Walker played two sets that showcased a true soul man of the finest proportions.

Thursdays at the Intersection is a weekly concert series presented by PNC Arts Alive in partnership 88.1 KDHX and Grand Center, Inc. The series continues each week through October 4. For more info, visit the Grand Center event page.
