Despite the intimate crowd at Off Broadway Tuesday night, the Spring Standards were able to generate a real party atmosphere on the dance floor.

Union Tree review assisted as the opening act and then the ensemble from Brooklyn came on stage to lead the party. The Spring Standards engaged in witty banter between songs and added to the antics by leading a toast to the venue and the city. Then they got intimate with the crowd as they came down off the stage to take over the dance floor for an acoustic song. Their presence on the floor was not long though, as they returned to the stage for a raucous closing number that had the audience shaking.
