Trotting Bear, a folk band from St. Louis, performed at the August 3, 2013 edition of KDHX's Harvest Sessions.

The band -- led by lead singer Andy Berkhout and ably backed up by Joanne Laws Landis and John Donovan -- kept its audience mesmerized throughout two sets. The group's lush harmonies and soft acoustic guitars proved unbeatable on a muggy Saturday morning at Tower Grove Park. Trotting Bear formed songs from its most recent release, "Currents," as well as older material.

Harvest Sessions continue each Saturday though October, from 10 a.m. until noon at the West Pool Pavilion at Tower Grove Park. To see upcoming performers, check out the full schedule.
