Hailed as a guitar God to be, Tyler Bryant and Shakedown proved why. Thursday night at the Firebird was a special event as it was the first ever gig for Tyler Bryant to drop his name from the bill and played only as the band "Shakedown."

That night, Tyler [Bryant] said, "this band is too good to just go by the Tyler Bryant Band."

Throughout the show Tyler continually praised the other members of the band which all did amazing solos. He could have easily kept all the spot light on himself but he graciously shared. At only 18, such a display shows maturity at his young age. With his fantastic songwriting, vocals and stunning ability to handle a guitar combined, he is the real deal.

As if touring with Jeff Beck is not already huge. Tyler has played with BB King, The Arc Angels, REO Speedwagon, Heart, Pat Benatar and Vince Gill.

Together, Shakedown is Graham Whitford (Brad [Whitford] from Aerosmith's son) on guitar, Calvin Webster on bass with Caleb Crosby as percussionist.
