The 8th annual Midwest Mayhem -- KDHX's annual member thank-you party -- took place at the City Museum on Thursday, May 9.

The event was bigger than ever, with over 20 bands, burlesque, a Photomaton photo booth, body painting, an Arch Rival Roller Girl Kiss or Diss booth, improv poetry and more.

Musicians included Farshid Etniko, Tommy Halloran Quartet, Fabulous Foehners, the Union Electric, Middle Class Fashion, Zion, the Thin Dimes, Bottoms Up Blues Gang, Colonel Ford, Big Brother Thunder and the Master Blasters, Nappy DJ Needles and G. Wiz, Downstereo, Kansas Street Ramblers, John Chiecsek, Melody Den, Big Mike Aguirre, the Rhythm Section Road Show, Funky Butt Brass Band, So Many Dynamos and Tef Poe.
