Throughout the year our volunteer photographers battle inclement weather, large crowds, long lines, over-zealous dancers and crazy lighting schemes in order to deliver some incredible concert photos for our readers and listeners.

KDHX's volunteer photographers covered 136 concerts, events and festivals in 2013, and submitted over 4500 photos. These brave men and women often stand for hours, contorting themselves into strange positions to shoot around heads and arms, and then rush home to submit their photos for next day publication. The photos in this collection represent the best of the best, chosen lovingly by the photographers who shot them.
