In Part 2 of this exchange of letters, Pokey LaFarge and I correspond about genres, St. Louis bricks, film scores and baseball.

I propose, through semi-decent logic, that "La la Blues," written by Pokey, be the new Cardinals celebration song. John Mozeliak and the city could benefit from a different discussion (#cardsgm). What do y'all think -- strike three and we're all singing la la la? #newcardinalssong

Read Part 1 of this exchange here. Pokey LaFarge and the South City Three will be at Off Broadway for a KDHX-welcomed concert on Thursday, December 15.
