Update: Rollins Photoshop Contest Winners

Update: Rollins Photoshop Contest Winners
Written by Chris Ward, Marketing/Communications

Last week, we asked you to Photoshop Henry Rollins in the wild, as you might imagine seeing him on his recently announced Exotic Animal-based cable TV show. Did anyone respond? Well...does a Rollins scream in the woods?

First, the Honorable Mentions! Thanks to the Honey Badger video rampaging its way across the net, we had a bunch of pretty funny Honey Badger entries. So, the award for "Best Honey Badger 'Shop" goes to Matt. for his disturbing Island of Dr. Moreau merger of Rollins' face with Honey Badger teeth. You can't unsee the Henry Badger. Hard not to imagine what he sounds like either.

"Best Rollins + Monkeys" goes to Robin for a piece I have dubbed "Point/Counterpoint." If anyone has earned the right to flip off a monkey, I guess it's Henry Rollins.

Then there was one that wasn't so much "funny" as it was "I MUST OWN THIS AS A POSTER," and it deserves the "Motivational Rollins Bear Poster" award. Congrats Ria! If Nat Geo doesn't simply use this picture on the sides of buses across the nation, they'll have failed.

All the honorable mentions are getting the latest Live At KDHX CD, and some extra swag.

The top 2 entries are getting KDHX t-shirts, and those winners are....Josh B. and Judson S.! Respecively, for Henry interuptting an otherwise tender moment between two llamas, and an image of Rollins either eating a penguin or checking his voicemail on one at Warped Tour. Every single one of these entries made us laugh or terrified us and, one thing's for sure, there's no way that TV show is going to live up to what we've cooked up in our heads at this point.

Thanks to everyone who sent us entries, and feel free to keep them coming. We've got another few hours to kill today.
